The word that comes to mind with this coffee is Blueberry. It’s an absolute bowl of blueberries. This profile is normally what I would expect from a Natural Process Ethiopian, or dare I even say, a Gesha!
An Indonesian varietal with this profile is a special find! I love how the earthier profile - common in coffees of the region - brings a balance of bittersweet chocolate and warm roasted walnut to round out a juicy and delicious cup of coffee!
I only have about 50lbs, so I’m sorry, but it isn’t available in kilos! Get it while you can!
