Morning Sunshine Espresso blends the smooth caramel and bright grapefruit notes of my Thailand light roast with the chocolate, and raspberry jammy flavors my dark-medium roasted Ecuador. Grapefruit and fresh herbal notes in the Thailand compliment the chocolate and raspberry in the Ecuador, bringing out the sweetness of a fresh-picked red raspberry, while the caramelized notes of the Thailand take the Ecuador’s roasty almond flavors closer to a freshly-baked brown sugar-almond cookie. The result is a deliciously drinkable cup that’ll bring sunshine to any day!
