As LIGHT:

Tasting Notes: Amaretti Cookie - Hazelnut- Chocolate- Pearl Sugar

Pleasant, easy-drinking and smooth, chocolatey without any bitterness. Hazelnut aroma and buttery mouthfeel, like an Amaretti Cookie, coated in chunks of pearl sugar. Light body and low in acid, but not at all watery (I wouldn’t do that to you!) Chocolate is decidedly the 3rd tasting note.

As Espresso, it gets even smoother, with a rich crema. I made an one for a friend and they couldn’t believe it didn’t have any creamer.

As DARK:

Tasting Notes: Chocolate - Brown Butter - Hazelnut - Black Cherry

Roasting dark pushes Chocolate to the front and adds a punch of stone fruit. Excellent for anyone looking for a bolder flavor profile.
